With your Climax™ membership, you have unlimited access to a curated library of over 50 expert-led courses covering seven key categories in sexuality, health, and relationships. Each course is structured in clear 20-minute video sessions designed to deepen your understanding step by step. Many programs come with exclusive audio guides and detailed readings for a richer learning experience. You can revisit all content at your own pace, practice exercises as often as you like, and enjoy continuous updates with new resources added regularly.

Climax™ offers three types of annual subscriptions—Individual, Duo, and Premium—giving you full access to all our current and upcoming programs. When you subscribe, you can explore the entire Climax™ library instantly, with the freedom to cancel at any time. If you decide to end your subscription, any programs you purchased individually before subscribing will stay available in your account for you to revisit whenever you wish.

You can access Climax™ from any device with internet access, whether it's a smartphone, tablet or computer. Simply log in through your preferred web browser with an up-to-date version to enjoy all our content online. Please note that our videos and audios are not available for download, so you will need to be connected to the internet to watch or listen.

On Climax™, some videos may contain explicit content when it is necessary for clear and effective education. To ensure privacy and security, we recommend that each person uses their own profile on Climax™ instead of sharing account details. With Climax™ Duo, you can create 2 personalised profiles, while Climax™ Premium allows up to 3. Each profile is limited to 2 devices. Sharing login information or exceeding these limits may result in account suspension, in line with our commitment to protecting your personal data and offering a safe experience for all users.

With Climax™, you can enjoy shared access by creating multiple profiles at no additional cost—2 with the Duo plan or 3 with Premium. Each profile offers its own private space, allowing you and your loved ones to explore the full range of well-being content together or separately, always respecting your privacy. It’s an easy way to personalize each experience and support each other on your intimate growth journey.

Switching your Climax™ subscription between Individual, Duo, or Premium is simple. Head to the subscription page, pick your preferred plan, and make sure to use the email linked to your active account. This will activate your new subscription cycle. Don’t forget to cancel your existing subscription in your account to avoid duplicate charges. If you have questions or need assistance, reach out anytime at contact@climax.how.

We want you to feel confident choosing Climax™. If you find that Climax™ is not right for you, just let us know within 15 days of your subscription purchase. Provided you have watched less than 90 minutes of content, we will refund your purchase in full, no questions asked.

You’re always in control of your Climax™ membership. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, simply head to your Account page and follow the steps to cancel. This will make sure your membership won’t renew at the end of your current billing period, while still giving you full access until your subscription runs out. We’ll also send you an email to confirm your cancellation. Changed your mind? You can reactivate your membership in just a couple of clicks, with no need to add your payment details again.
