Why are your personal data processed and for what purposes?
CLIMAX wants you to benefit from the best services and functionalities to give you access to a web series that is easily and fluidly accessible according to your needs. In order to do this, we process data relating to your use of our Services in order to provide you with Services or to distribute suitable Offers to you or to measure the impact of our advertising campaigns presented to you.

What personal data do we process about you?
In particular, we collect and process
- the personal data you entered on our Site when creating your account (majority, password, location, e-mail address and the data contained in the title of your e-mail address). Please note that your password is encrypted and that we do not have unencrypted access to it;
- information relating to Orders you place on the Site (Offer purchased, transaction number, etc.);
- your payment information (means of payment, credit card number, expiry date of credit card, visual cryptogram) is not processed by CLIMAX but by a secure payment service provider, which has sole access to this data;
- if you have accepted the registration of your credit card: information relating to your credit card (cardholder's name, last 4 digits of the credit card number and expiry date) via a secure payment service provider, which has sole access to this data;
- the information you send us when you contact the contact@climax.how e-mail address (content of exchanges, nature of complaint, refund request, etc.);
- your connection and browsing data on the Site (IP address, the offers and pages you have consulted or searched for, the Contents you have consulted and information linked to the consultation of Contents such as the number, percentage of passage viewed, etc.);
- data relating to the consultation of e-mails that we send you for statistical and commercial prospecting purposes;
- the information you provide when you leave a review on the Site;
- information on our advertisements that you consult;
- information you provide when you take part in promotions, competitions or events we organize;
- information when you choose to provide reviews or ratings, account settings or other information via our Service or elsewhere.
Do we use cookies?
For statistical and display purposes, CLIMAX may collect browsing information through the use of cookies.

On your mobile device, you can access your device settings and modify "Limited ad tracking" (for iOS), "Disable ad personalization" (for Android) or "Let apps use ad ID to enable display of more relevant ads based on your app usage" (Windows), which will enable you to limit the information collected from or about your mobile device for the purpose of serving you online behavioral advertising.

How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data in our database only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used, and then archive it with restricted access for a further period in order to meet our legal and/or regulatory archiving obligations, as well as for the duration of any applicable statute of limitations. At the end of this additional period, your personal data will be permanently deleted.
Cookies deposited on your terminal are kept for a maximum of thirteen (13) months from the time they are first deposited on the terminal.
To whom is your data transmitted?
Your personal data may be sent to our subcontractors involved in the provision of our Services (hosting of the Site and data, maintenance, sending of Order confirmation emails, secure payment, etc.) and, where applicable, to our commercial partners or to third parties involved in the distribution of advertising (emailing, purchase of advertising space, etc.), subject to your rights guaranteed by the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data.
The subcontractors we use provide the guarantees required by the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. They have access only to the data required to perform their services and are not authorized to process your data for any other purpose. We also ensure that each of these subcontractors provides guarantees of security and protection of the integrity of your data, and that it is processed in compliance with applicable regulations.
Where applicable, if you have given your prior consent to our partners for the commercial use of your data, we may also share user profiles with our commercial partners. These profiles may have been defined on the basis of your use of our Services and/or your centers of interest. They are fully pseudonymized and do not allow you to be personally identified. They are transmitted confidentially and securely. These profiles may be used by our commercial partners to establish, calculate or assume your centers of interest and/or to offer you targeted advertising on their own sites and applications.
However, no sharing will take place if you have not previously consented to the deposit of advertising cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the steps described in this "Do we use cookies?" policy.
Lastly, personal data may also be communicated to public bodies, legal auxiliaries and public officers, in order to comply with any laws or regulations in force, to which we are obliged to respond. In the event of transfer outside the European Union, we operate in strict compliance with the protection conditions laid down by the applicable regulations.
What are your rights?
Under the conditions laid down in the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights:
- the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and if so, to have access to it;
- the right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you;
- under certain conditions, the right to erase your personal data;
- under certain conditions, the right to limit the processing of your personal data;
- the right to portability of your personal data;
- the right to organize what happens to your personal data in the event of your death (retention, deletion, or communication to a designated person);
- the right to object, under certain conditions, to the processing of your personal data.

We also remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you feel that your rights have not been respected.
How to exercise your rights?
To exercise your rights as set out above, you can send us an e-mail to the following address contact@climax.how, providing you can prove your identity:
- specifying the subject of your request and the right(s) you wish to exercise;
- indicating your full name;
- enclose a photocopy of both sides of your identity card or passport, to enable us to verify your identity.
CLIMAX will get back to you as soon as possible, and at the latest within one month of receipt of your request.
To object to the processing of your data for commercial prospecting purposes, you can send us an email to contact@climax.how or click on the unsubscribe link in our promotional emails and newsletter.
CLIMAX will remove you from our mailing list as soon as possible.
To withdraw your consent to the processing of your data by CLIMAX for the purposes of behavioral advertising, browsing analysis and audience measurement, you can send us an e-mail to contact@climax.how or configure your cookies in accordance with the protocols detailed above.
