For some reasons, your mailbox may have blocked your welcome email. In particular, we are facing problems with @icloud.com, @me.com and @mac.com email addresses. If you purchased CLIMAX with one of this email addresses, you may not receive any email from us. I can't play the videos.

It is possible that your browser is incompatible with our video player. If this is the case, you will need to update or change it in order to play videos on more recent players. To be able to play CLIMAX videos, a simple update of your browser should solve the problem.

I did not receive an email following my request to access the free account.

Please check that you have entered your email address correctly. If there's no mistake, the email may have been sent to your spam folder. If it's not in your spam folder, your mailbox may be full. Also, you may have unsubscribed from CLIMAX or you may have reported one of our emails as spam. In this case, we'd ask you to use another email.
