Create up to 2 profiles with CLIMAX Duo or 3 profiles with CLIMAX Premium at no extra cost. Share your CLIMAX experience with a partner or friend, while each maintaining a dedicated and private space. Profiles enjoy access to the same content, enabling exploration together or individually based on your preferences.

Upgrading your subscription on CLIMAX to Individual, Duo, or Premium is easy. Visit our subscription page, choose your desired plan, and use the email linked to your current account. This will start a new subscription cycle. Remember to cancel your previous plan in "My Settings" to prevent double charges, ensuring a smooth transition to your upgraded subscription level. You can purchase CLIMAX with confidence. If CLIMAX isn't the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within 15 days of your subscription purchase, if if you watch less than 90 minutes.

If you decide not to proceed with your membership, simply navigate to your account page and follow the cancellation prompts on the Settings page. This will ensure that your membership does not renew.
