Yoni Healing Meditation #1

Welcome to our yoni reclamation meditation. My name is Rosie and I'll be guiding you through this visualization process. I invite you to find a space where you can be completely safe and and taking a seat on a pillow or lying down on the floor or your bed becoming totally relaxed. Bring your hands to your lower belly in yoni mudra bringing the thumbs to touch below the navel and your index fingers to touch just above the pubic bone creating an upside down triangle on your womb space. And let's take three deep, conscious breaths together. Draw the breath in through the nostrils, filling up your belly, letting the hands gently rise and blowing the air out of your mouth, letting all the air deflate. Ah. Again, in through the nose. Fill up, expand, and as you exhale, let all the air tumble out of the mouth. Ah. Once more, deep, slow drawing of the breath in through the nostrils, filling up your belly, filling up your womb and exhale. Let all the air escape. Ah. I invite you to bring a moment in time into your awareness. A moment where you felt as though you gave a part of yourself away or where you feel as though somebody took something from you. It might have been a time when you said no but your boundaries were crossed. Perhaps it was a time where you were intoxicated and you don't remember what happened. A time when you felt deep shame inside your body. Perhaps it was a time where you felt demonized, you felt rejected. You felt as though you have a part of you that was underexpressed or overexpressed and you shamed yourself for that. Ask your Yoni's wisdom to show the parts of you that you've held the most shame around. It might have been a time when you were raped, a time when you were penetrated without your will. Maybe the time where you first had sex or a time where you were touched on your vulva or in your vagina when you weren't quite ready. And once you have that memory, that experience sensed in your womb or your yoni, I invite you to feel how that makes you feel. So allowing the feelings that remain underneath the mask or the shield, the armor, underneath all that rubble, what is underneath? Do you feel sad? Do you feel angry? Do you feel rage? Disconnect? Disassociated? Numb? Shame? Guilt? Feel those feelings. They're not good or bad. They deserve to be felt and not hidden away. If there are tears that want to roll down your cheeks, please let them. Tears are healing and cleansing, particularly for your sexuality. Let your body express the emotion that your yoni feels. She might have been holding on to this for so long. It's time to let it go because it's blocking you. It's causing issues in your relationship. It's causing you to not be as fully orgasmic as you can be. It's shutting you down in ways that you can't even fathom. And it wasn't your fault. Notice if you're the type of person to turn the finger onto you and point it at you and blame you when it wasn't your fault, you dealt with the circumstance or the experience in the way that you knew how. Let your yoni feel the contraction, the tightening. Perhaps it's like a gripping in the pelvic floor. Or maybe it's a sensation of dryness. Itchy burning, whatever it is. Feel it fully. Feel that feeling fully. Express that feeling fully. Aaah. Make the sound that that feeling feels in your body holding yourself here. It's okay that you feel the way you do. It wasn't fair. It wasn't okay. But it changes now. So you can visualize that person, that place, that feeling in front of you now, and see that person, that place or that feeling, holding in the palms of their hands the most beautiful pink rose you've ever seen. This rose embodies the parts of you, or the part of you you feel as though you lost. The part of you that you gave away or that that person stole that wasn't theirs to steal. This rose embodies that essence. And it is time to reclaim this precious pink rose back to its rightful place. So I'd love you to visualize this rose drawing towards your yoni and the person that's holding it is offering you this rose. The soul of this person where this memory is anchored is deeply, deeply sorry. Their soul self is so, so sorry. Their higher self would have never done what they did if they knew it would have caused this amount of harm. And they no longer wish to take your power away from you, and you no longer wish to give them your divine sexual power. And you are reclaiming this power through drawing, in, calling in, inviting in this beautiful pink rose. Visualizing it coming to the entrance of your yoni, these beautiful velvet petals massaging the whole vulva, feeling so divinely soft and sensual. And feel into what this rose symbolizes for you in this moment. It might be that the rose embodies erotic innocence. Maybe you feel as though your innocence was taken from you. And this rose is that erotic innocence that you wish to feel again, that you wish to establish back within your body. Perhaps this rose embodies pleasure. Maybe you've forgone your own divine sensual pleasure since this has happened, and you want it back. Maybe this rose embodies softness and tenderness and so feel that coming back within the womb space. Feel the rose entering your yoni. With consent, this beautiful pink light emanating up through the yoni, the vaginal canal. And you can imagine this light is massaging and softening the walls of the vagina, bringing her home, back to her rightful throne, up, through and around the cervix, massaging this beautiful rose around the walls of the cervix, imagining the cervix like a bud melting. Any tension or any cells around the cervix that feel tensed or feel numb or feel pain, letting the cervix feel soft, feel feminine, feel relaxed, like she's not afraid anymore. And then, with consent from the cervix, inviting that rose energy, that beautiful pink light, in and up inside the uterus, inside the womb. And even if you don't have a uterus, visualizing it through your whole lower abdomen, your ovaries being infiltrated with this divine pink light, this pink rose filling up the space of the womb. All these fragments of yourself that you had given away or that had been taken from you. I want you to feel them coming back, like being drawn back in, being sucked back in through the vagina into the vortex of the womb. And the person that was holding this rose standing now in front of you with empty hands. They bring them to their heart center, they bow their head and they say whatever it is that you've been longing for them to say it it might be an apology, it might be for you to let it go now. It might just be silence. And then walking away and disappearing, evaporating, dissolving. And feeling this lightness in your field around you. You've reclaimed a part of you that had been lost and that is now yours. Feel the power being reinstated in your womb. What does this power feel like in your body? What does this rose vibration feel like in your womb? Take three breaths here to integrate this energy and fully let go of that person, that experience, that circumstance that has tainted your divine erotic innocence. Feel that beautiful energy moving around your body like liquid honey back home, back to its rightful owner. And no one can ever take this from you ever again. Visualize it sitting at the throne of your womb, surrounded by crystals, surrounded by love, surrounded by sparkles and glimmers of light. Reclaiming your Yoni, reclaiming your power, reclaiming your pleasure for you, your birthright. And so I invite you for the remainder of this day or this week to wear pink, to wear something that makes you feel like this rose, to feel the softness and yet this incredible strength and power of this energy that's been reinstated in your body. To feel that vibration and to not let anything or anyone come into your yoni space without full permission, consent, without a full body. Yes. So sliding your hands down over your vulva now and take three breaths here to close the practice sealing in this divine rose inside your being. Ah, thanking your Yoni for her willingness to show you the way today. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Stay in this space for as long as you feel called to. And I invite you to meditate on this pink rose every day for one week, either as soon as you wake up in the morning or as soon as you go to bed at night, spending three to four minutes. Just visualizing this pink rose deep inside your womb bringing that gentle smile into the womb space as we close this practice. Namaste.

Yoni Healing Meditation #2

Welcome to our energetic cord cutting and forgiveness visualization process. I invite you to come into a comfortable seat crossing your legs, feel your base connected to the floor and it relax through your pelvic floor. Soften in your belly, lengthen through the spine and allow the heart space to soften and open by relaxing the shoulders back down and away from your neck. Take a deep breath in and exhale out of your mouth as you close down your eyes take another deep breath in, filling up your belly. Exhale out of your mouth and once more deep, slow, nourishing breath in and as you exhale, settle into your seat and I invite you to visualize a beautiful gate or door that enters into your sacred garden. Visualize yourself walking through this gate and entering into your sacred, beautiful sanctuary. Everything and everyone in your garden is chosen by you and is loved by you. This space is invitation only. So look around. What do you see? What is inside your sacred sanctuary? Do you see rolling mountains? Do you see beautiful fountains of water glistening in the sun? Do you witness flowers? Trees? Butterflies? Bees? Perhaps there is a beautiful blue pond? Water? A lake? Maybe a waterfall? A bridge over a river? Lotus flowers? What is the temperature? Does it feel warm? Tropical? Or is there a cool breeze? Really walk around the space barefoot taking in the beauty of what you have created. Your safe space, your sacred space. But sometimes we invite in people to our garden who do not create love or happiness in our being. And there is someone in your garden who is making some of the land toxic or spoiled weeds grow from this space. They are not welcome here. I invite you to walk over to this space in your garden where the land is dry where there maybe isn't any flowers or trees or plants growing. What do you see? What do you feel? Perhaps you can feel a constriction in your heart, your chest maybe you can feel your throat gripping. Perhaps your yoni tightens up or you feel a flush of heat to your cheeks. Who do you see standing there in this space in your garden? You. What do they represent to you? Is there a lack of closure? Is there a feeling of anger or rage? Is there a sense of sadness or heaviness? Grief? Heartbreak? Helplessness? Fear? Defeat? What do you feel? Hold your heart in this space. See that person or that memory standing there in front of you? There is a cord attached from you to them and them to you. You know this because there is still a residue of pain associated with this person. When you think of them, when they enter your mind, you have a physical response in your body. That's how you know there is an energetic cord attached between you that is draining you of your precious life force energy. Where is the cord attached into or hooked into? Is it from your heart to their heart? Your womb to their womb? Belly to belly, genitals to genitals? Throat to throat? Mind to mind? Trust your intuition. Perhaps there are multiple chords. Notice if you feel a physical sensation in your body. That is where the cord is attached into. What does the cord look like? You could describe it. Is it rusty like an old chain? Is it like a rope that's fraying? A thin thread string? A beam of light? Be in acceptance of this cord right now. Not resisting it or disowning it. Just noticing it's, then looking into this person's eyes, express what you wish to say to them from your heart. If there's sadness in your heart, express the sadness to them. If there's anger in your heart, express the anger. If there's rage, grief, let yourself express that emotion. Emotions are energy in motion. And if we don't give them a voice, a movement, a sound, they stay stuck in our body and cause pain and disease. Say it now. Express it now. Release it now. Don't leave anything out. Let it go unleash. What is present inside of you while they hold space. What do you need to say in order to let go? What do you need to express in order to release this person from your body? Express it. Cry, sob, wail, scream, punch into a pillow. Move your body in any way you wish right now. Ripple through your spine. If there's rage and anger, open your mouth and let out that sound. If there's sadness, let it be released through tears. Let your heart express what she's deeply yearned to express for such a long time. This is a safe space. What does she need? Closure? An apology? An explanation? A hug? What does she need from the other person now? And allow this person in front of you to give it to you. If you ask them why they did what they did, allow their soul to answer you and speak through them. They've just heard and witnessed everything you've just said. They hear you. They see you. They witness you. Their soul may say something like sorry, I didn't know what else to do. I never wanted to hurt you. You may see them cry. You may see them bow their head. You may hear them speak words that you didn't even know that they felt. Know what they are doing and saying is from their heart, from their soul, their higher self, not their human ego or persona. Their soul would have never wanted to cause you harm. Only to help you grow on this spiritual journey as a human being. Look at you now. Look at who you are. Look at who you've become since you've met that person or had that experience. Look at you now. Look how you've grown since they've come into your life. Even if they've caused you pain, look at you now. They chose you you chose them in order to grow and evolve to who you are today. You needed this person. You needed to meet this person and have this experience in order to be this highest version of you that you are today. But now it's time to let the light of this situation, of this person, outweigh the dark, sometimes painful situations help us to grow in a way we never would evolve otherwise. So hear and feel and receive what this person deeply wants to express or say to you today from their heart, from their soul. And perhaps it's just. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you. Now, I invite you to choose your weapon to cut the cord. This is a tool of forgiveness, not harm. It is to disconnect you both from each other, so there is no further energy exchange or leaking of energy between you. Intuitively reach for this weapon. Maybe a pair of golden sacred scissors, or it may be a silver sword, or perhaps an old axe. Yield your weapon of love and forgiveness and ceremoniously with your exhale. Slice through the cord. See the cord dissolve, evaporate, shatter, or break into pieces. Then unhook where the cord was attached to you, and see them unhooking the cord on their side. Witness white light entering the wound where the cord was attached. Healing and repairing, healing and repairing and filling you up with love as you stand opposite them, standing taller than you ever have, standing bolder and braver, see them acknowledge you and your bravery with respect and honor. See them bow to you, their hands in prayer, knowing that they needed this as well. They needed to be released and set free for you and for them. You don't need to carry this around with you anymore. Ah. As a symbol of them leaving your sacred space. Witness them walk out of your garden, closing the gate behind them and then disappearing as they leave. Witness flowers begin to grow where they were. Feel a gust of fresh, sweet air fill your garden. Feel lighter. Feel freer. Bring one hand to your heart and one hand to the space where you felt the cord attached, which is now full of white light and love. Know that you are free, and they are free. And now there is only love. Bring any further feelings of forgiveness to your heart to fully let go, so you can live without the heaviness and density that person brought to you. Stay in your garden as long as you wish, knowing you can always return and come back, and tend to people, things, situations, experiences that bring you anguish or pain. This is your safe sanctuary, and only people, places, or things exist in here that bring you the highest amount of love and joy. You are free. And so it is. Go in peace now, Sister Namaste.

Yoni Healing Meditation #3

Pull one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart. Guide your breath down into your womb. Inhale deep into your womb. Expand your belly and then inhale higher into your heart. Feeling full of your breath, it exhale audibly with the sound ha and pause for a few seconds. Inhale fully and exhale once more. Inhale. Now voice your purpose for your meditation softly in your mind or out loud such as I am making the time to heal and clear my womb of anything that no longer serves. Bring your awareness on your belly, under your left hand and feel the warmth of your palm. Place your right hand over your left hand. Feel how your hands rise a little as your belly expands when you breathe in, as you exhale, make yourself softer inside. Breathe and rest in the breath. Rest in the knowing that you are safe, protected. As we journey beyond the veil of time and space, we journey inside your womb. And bring your awareness now to your womb center. And just allow yourself to listen, to feel, sense and experience your womb. Imagine a room, a physical space that you enter into. What does the door look like when you see it? And when you open the door? What does it look like inside? Is it light or murky? Bright or dull? Warm or dark? What's the temperature like? Is it hot or cold? Is it like a cave or open and breezy? What colors come to mind you as you walk around the space? What textures do you feel? Is it rough or smooth? Sharp or squishy? Are there pockets of ickiness? Are there pockets of light? Now bring your awareness to your nostrils. What smells or scents do you smell? Is it fragrant or is there a stench? When you look around, what do you see? The corners or smooth walls? Now dropping a little deeper, maybe sitting down in the middle of the space, down the space of your womb. Do you see any memories come through? Any ex partners, perhaps any surgical operations? Anything at all that comes to mind? When you sit in the center of your womb, without emotion, without blame or shame, just witness it without judgment. What feelings enter your sphere of awareness as you sit in the center of your womb? There may be blockages. There may be feelings you haven't felt in a long time, maybe never before. It's okay. This is your sacred center. No matter what you've been conditioned to believe, just listen and allow yourself to experience your sacred womb. Allow yourself to witness the contents of your womb. Breathe in and exhale heart listening and hearing the silent echoes of wisdom reverberating within your womb. Just listening. Now bring to mind anyone you would like to forgive who has tarnished, tainted or abused this sacred space. Anyone who has entered, who did not have consent or permission. Anyone you allowed in without a full bodied yes. Any unwanted energy you absorbed without being conscious of it, just allowing for these memories to entertain, knowing that they no longer belong here in your sacred temple and to release these circumstances, these people, these scenarios, we must forgive. The power lies in forgiveness, not in holding on. So I invite you to forgive now any perpetrators that need to be released and let go in order for you to regain your energy and aliveness in your womb. Forgive yourself for not honoring your womb for the temple she is. Forgive yourself for saying yes when you meant no. Forgive yourself for the times you didn't slow down when you were bleeding. Forgive yourself for any surgery, pills or birth control that has caused this area to feel pain or discomfort, numbness. Forgive any lovers, any ex partners, anyone at all, doctors. Letting them go from your sacred temple. Would you like your womb to appear? How would you love it to feel? What would you love it to look like? How would you like it to smell? Would you like it to be like a garden or like a crystal cave or like a warm cottage? Bring to mind now, bring to heart, bring to womb how you'd like to visualize your sacred womb space you and see it start to transform into this effortlessly morphing into the space that you want to go, that you want to feel, that you want to embodying it, warming up, feeling it getting brighter, lighter, clearer, shinier, softer. Can walk around the space, take up the space you. Maybe you'd like to practice a ritual now of a reclamation of your womb space. You might want to bring in your hoop drum and start to make some beautiful sounds with your drum beating, clearing out the space with vibration. Maybe you'd love to sing and fill up your womb with your voice. Maybe you'd like to light some palo santo sage and cleanse your womb space, energetically releasing any pain, any numbness disease. Maybe you'd love to walk around and just massage the walls with your hands, kneading into any spots that have tension, any spots that feel unhappy. Maybe you'd love to dance, dance around the space, filling it up with joy. Maybe you want to build a campfire in the middle. Maybe feeling those embers and flames purifying. Reclaim this space, this powerful space that creates life, creates lifestyle into your ovaries, into your cervix, spreading to the fallopian tubes. Can imagine a color, just one color, maybe a golden light or a deep purple or soft pink. Whatever color intuitively comes to mind, spread it now. Let it encompass your entire yoni. Let it spread up into your solar plexus, your belly, breathe it up into your heart, your chest, your arms, fingertips. Spread it all the way down your legs. Let it consume you. Let it fill you up like liquid honey, all the way up to your head, filling up your brain, your skull, your hair, all the way down to your toes. This beautiful womb energy, this feminine energy let your whole body buzz this gorgeous new color, new vibration, new energy. Knowing you can do this anytime, anywhere simply with this visualization remembering your campfire. Remembering your drum, your dance. Remembering massaging the inner walls of your uterus, your womb, the crystal cave. Planting that seed and knowing you can come back here anytime. Come back here regularly. Make this your home. Feel grounded, rooted in the womb. Let your radiance shine from this space up into your heart. Create that connection from heart to womb to head beyond and repeat this mantra softly in your mind or out loud I love and respect myself unconditionally I heal my womb notice the energy, the liquid light and feeling up your womb this sacred mantra of unconditional self love allowing in the profound healing and letting it touch people in your life. Taking three breaths now into the womb and out through the mouth inhale long, slow breath, exhale once more inhale. Expand your womb feel grow exhale. Taking your time here to stay in this space as long as you need. Take this energy with you during your day or your dream state, knowing you can access it in an instant. May your womb and your Yoni feel healed and immensely loved. Namaste.
